My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were truly lovely with fantastic amenities, I had a frustrating issue with rodents that made things less than ideal. The staff made an effort to accommodate our needs with dietary restrictions, and Nina really stood out for her helpfulness. However, it was disappointing that they couldn't allow a late checkout for us. Overall, the experience was mixed, but the comfort of the rooms was a highlight.
